- Who is ClassPilot for?
- Growing educational organizations that run structured courses with rosters, grading, and accountability — and want that without enterprise complexity.
- Is it only for schools?
- No. Private schools and academies are a great fit, and so are microschools, tutoring and enrichment organizations, training and certification programs, and community, nonprofit, and faith-based education programs.
- Is it self-service?
- Your day-to-day work is fully self-service — instructors and admins manage courses, grades, and rosters themselves. We handle the initial setup so you start on a working system.
- How does onboarding work?
- We set up your organization with you: tenant provisioning, roles and permissions, course structure, roster import, instructor and admin onboarding, and email and domain configuration.
- Is email included?
- Yes. ClassPilot sends automated email notifications to keep members informed about announcements, assignment due dates, grades, enrollment changes, and new inbox messages. It does not provide email accounts, inboxes, or two-way email communication.
- How is student data protected?
- Data is isolated per organization, access is role-based, and sensitive academic actions are audit-logged. We treat student data as privacy-sensitive throughout.
- Do you support large universities or enterprise SCORM/LTI?
- ClassPilot is built for small and growing organizations. We do not currently offer SCORM or LTI integrations or university-scale SIS federation — that keeps the platform simple and right-sized.
